In 1951, the Aresti family began to cultivate vineyards in the cooler Andes influenced eastern part of the Curico Valley, in such prestigious areas as Curico, Molina and Rio Claro. Leaning more towards a citrus style sauv blanc, this is a super dope pairing with fish dishes.
