Le Poisson Gris
The wine growing tradition in Tunisia dates back over 2000 years, making this part of the world the original "Old World." Though dormant for many centuries, grape-growing was resurrected by the French in the late 1800's. In the last 20 years the country's winemakers have made tremendous efforts to put their wines back on the international market. The grapes selected for Le Poisson wines are farmed organically and hand-picked. Traditional and artisanal farming methods are used to create wines that are fresh and sustainable.

Clos Siguier
Cahors is a region best known for its dark and brooding black wines. This one is lighter in style which makes it more accessible for most and it is ready to drink. The wine opens with aromas of cedar and herbs; the tannins are smooth and silky and the depth of red and black fruits is highlighted with stoney minerality. The wine has moderate acidity and would be fantastic with food or a deep thought.

Their carefully crafted wines show their passion and the wealth of knowledge in fine winemaking. This one is a classic example of a Dry Creek Zin, elegant and balanced with velvety mouthfeel. Complex aromas of black cherry, cassis and spices with flavors of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, clove, chocolate with lingering finish. Haut Lavigne Cotes du Duras Sauv Semillon
Nadia Lusseau is the young winemaker who founded this domaine in 2002. Located 10 kilometers from Duras and 25 kilometers from Bergerac—minutes away from the city of Bordeaux. Nadia takes a smart and traditional approach to winemaking and she's been farming organically since ’05. We love this wine for its honest simplicity. A little touch of grapefruit on the nose leads to a round Semillon mouth feel with balanced acidity. Winemaking Details: Unfined, Unfiltered, Vegan, Wild Yeast Fermentation, Low SO2 Added
