Winemaker, Robert Eden, was kicked out of college for brewing too much beer in the dorms and it's a good thing! Otherwise, he may never have moved into oenology and we wouldn't be able to share this beautiful picpoul of his! This wine is as fresh as a bouquet of flowers on the nose. Zesty lemon, white pepper, and honey cover the palate before its persistent bone dry finish making this a great match for the local seaside foods of the Mediterranean or a version of your own!
Deep cherry red in the glass with purple highlights. The nose on this organic charmer is full of baking chocolate, ripe plums and sweet herbs. The palate is ultra-ripe with loads of crushed black berry, plums and waves of garrigue infused minerality.
This unoaked chardonnay has a fruity nose and dynamic mineral scents. The palate opens with crisp citrus and white peach that are boosted by vibrant acidity & heady minerality.
The late André Iché made honest wine that tasted of place, the Languedoc to be precise. This wine has always been a down-to-earth favorite of ours and we're glad the family are continuing to make this wine of bright plum and blackberry fruit, gentle mid-palate freshness and a tiny touch of tannins on the finish. This wine is named after its winemaker—Georges, who is a one-man band. Fermented in concrete tanks, matured in concrete for 12 months and bottled by hand! Unfiltered and lightly fined. Lovely aromas of sweet red and black cherry, provençal herbs and black pepper. The palate is very juicy, with smooth tannins and a clean, pure finish. The late André Iché made honest wine that tasted of place, the Languedoc to be precise. This is a lovely, balanced rosé made from Grenache that will please everyone at the table (or in the backyard, if you're lucky enough to have one). Fruit forward with a nose of strawberry and grapefruit, it has plenty of red fruit on the palate and finishes with bright acidity. Enjoy! Winemaking Details: Wild Yeast Fermentation
