From 14 hectares of old vines (40-50 yrs) in organically grown vineyards, Francoise Juillot (daughter of Michel of Mercurey) produces this elegant, structured white. After deciding that she wanted to make wine and setting up her own venture, Françoise went into partnership in 1989 with Maurice Bertrand, a small grower in Montagny. In 2004 Françoise bought the other half of the business from the Bertrand family.
