Domaine Laurent Pere et Fils Bourgogne Passetoutgrain
Passetoutgrain is a blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay. It had Gamay's drinkability but still holds beautiful structure of Pinot Noir. This one is earthy yet full of red berries and opens up to floral notes. It's a great dinner party wine.
Domaine Combier St. Veran
This is a lovely expression of Chardonnay made in one of the less prestigious appellations of Burgundy by one of the most meticulous, talented young producers in the region. That equals a great wine for a very reasonable price. It begins with a delicate nose of green apple followed by a nicely crisp palate with notes of lemon and citrus. The texture is creamy and full, and the finish is lingering and fine. Winemaking Details: Natural Yeast
