Dashe Cellars Dry Creek Zinfandel
Michael and Anne, the husband and wife team whimsically portrayed on their label, found Dashe Cellars in the same year they were married. Their carefully crafted wines show their passion and the wealth of knowledge in fine winemaking. This one is a classic example of a Dry Creek Zin, elegant and balanced with velvety mouthfeel. Complex aromas of black cherry, cassis and spices with flavors of ripe blackberry, dark cherry, clove, chocolate with lingering finish. Winemaking Details: Wild Yeast Fermentation, Unfiltered, Unfined
La Clarine Syrah
This is about as natural as it gets from California. La Clarine's farming methods are based on Masanobu Fukuoka’s (a Japanese farmer and philosopher) Natural Farming or “do-nothing farming.” Nope, this isn’t slacker agriculture, it’s more about as little human intervention as possible, meaning no tilling of the soils, no fertilizers, no pesticides, no weeding and more…or rather: less. They let vintage and place speak for itself. As a result, this wine has an intriguing depth, with minerals and thyme on the nose, while the palate offers a savory, almost meaty, quality.

Qupe Grenache
This wine is like velvet in a glass. Made from biodynamic Grenache from one of California's original "Rhone Rangers", this is elegant yet racy with wild cherry, spice and herb flavors and shows great intensity and balance. This is a very well crafted wine that reminds us of Chateauneuf du Pape in a ripe year like 2007. Winemaking Details: Natural Yeast, Unfined
Ridge Geyserville
More from the legendary Paul Draper. This one's ripe, exotic and loaded with personality. Aromas of ripe blackberry, underbrush and licorice lead to concentrated huckleberry. Winemaking Details: Wild Yeast Fermentation, Unfiltered, Unfined
