This is yet another great value from Los Nevados. It’s everything you expect from Cabernet Sauvignon - hints of spice, smoke bell peppers and chocolate. It’s a perfect accompaniment to steak, venison and stews.
Deep cherry red in the glass with purple highlights. The nose on this organic charmer is full of baking chocolate, ripe plums and sweet herbs. The palate is ultra-ripe with loads of crushed black berry, plums and waves of garrigue infused minerality.

Monastrell made in 80 year old Conofors (think dairy tanks but made of American Oak), this wine is filtered by gravity and, following tradition, is made in a slighty oxidative style which gives the wine its very unique character. This young wine is full body with lots of complexity but it is super easy to drink. The palate is full of wild strawberries and raspberries with a hint of spice and pepper.
Goes With: braised short ribs, roast chicken, any earthy mushroom dish

The Santa Sylvia vineyard, located in the hills of San Juan region, has been recognized as a potentially world class site for wines. The vineyard is located in the ancient riverbed rich with alluvial soil in Zonda Valley where daily temperature variations can be up to 50 degrees. The Jelu project was created to promote the unique terroir of this region. The wine boasts with aromas of black plums and a hint of vanilla. Full-bodied with flavors of dark cherry with spicy and smokey finish.
Masia de Bielsa is a small facility making great wines at even better prices. All the vineyards are 45 years or older and are farmed organically. This wine is made from 100% Old Vine Garnacha grown in Galet soils. Bursting with red fruits and strawberry, it shows great purity with lots of spice and minerals. Winemaking Details: Unfiltered
This unoaked chardonnay has a fruity nose and dynamic mineral scents. The palate opens with crisp citrus and white peach that are boosted by vibrant acidity & heady minerality.
The Tiamo Chianti DOCG comes from a certified organic vineyard near the hillside village of Montespertoli in Tuscany. The wine is a blend of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. It is made without any contact with wood in order to get as much of the fruit quality as possible. The resulting wine is soft and elegant and rich in flavor.
