Shipping & Returns

Your Order

We accept orders by phone (646-397-WINE), via naturalwine.com, or in our Brooklyn retail store. We make every effort to ensure the wine you see on this website is the wine we have in stock, but occasionally, we may sell out of something you want. We will contact you immediately if you've ordered something that isn't available to ship.

We begin to process orders as soon as we receive them, and will try (weather permitting) to ship orders the next day. Any order that has not yet left the store can be modified, but please call us immediately if you want to make a change. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change it.

Return Policy

New York State law only permits us to accept the return of wine that is defective; for such returns we can offer a replacement of the same item, refund the purchase amount to a credit card, or issue a store credit. If you believe your wine to be faulty, please let us know. Please cork and save the unused portion - we may need to arrange to have it returned to us.

Deliveries and Shipping 

Neighborhood deliveries (half case minimum) are free.

Elsewhere in Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan, delivery is free with a minimum order of one case. 

Outside of these areas, we use Fedex Ground as our default shipping method. Shipping costs will appear in your shopping cart before your order is processed.

 

You, the buyer, are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all shipping and sales tax requirements of the state to which this order is being shipped.
