Shipping & Returns
All orders of 12 bottles or more are automatically discounted 10%. If you have a coupon you were emailed from the retail store, we may need to web-enable it. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have trouble using it.
We accept orders by phone (646-397-WINE), via naturalwine.com, or in our Brooklyn retail store. We make every effort to ensure the wine you see on this website is the wine we have in stock, but occasionally, we may sell out of something you want. We will contact you immediately if you've ordered something that isn't available to ship. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your product.
We begin to process orders as soon as we receive them, and will try (weather permitting) to ship orders the next day. Any order that has not yet left the store can be modified, but please call us immediately if you want to make a change. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change it.
New York State law only permits us to accept the return of wine that is defective; for such returns we can offer a replacement of the same item, refund the purchase amount to a credit card, or issue a store credit. If you believe your wine to be faulty, please let us know. Please cork and save the unused portion - we may need to arrange to have it returned to us.
Deliveries and Shipping
Neighborhood deliveries (half case minimum) are free. If we can walk to your place from the store, please select "Local Pickup" and we will give you a call.
Outside of our neighborhood, we use Fedex Ground as our default shipping method. Shipping costs will appear in your shopping cart before your order is processed. Please be aware that all shipments need to be signed for on delivery by someone 21 years of age or older. FedEx will not leave wine deliveries without a signature.
You, the buyer, are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all shipping and sales tax requirements of the state to which your order is being shipped. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions about shipping to your state.
